Astrill Setup Manual:How to setup Astrill VPN on Xbox 360

First click the start orb and go to Network

Click on Network and Sharing Center at the top File:2x.jpg

Select setup a new connection or network File:3x.jpg

Then connect to a workplace (setup a vpn)and click next File:4x.jpg

Click use my internet connection (VPN) File:5x.jpg

Now enter the server address of the VPN server you wish to use File:6x.jpg 1. Enter GTX1.ASTRILL.NET (check the server address https://members.astrill.com/servers-list.php )

2. Enter Xbox VPN Connection

3. Click Next

Next you will need to enter the username / password File:7x.jpg

1. Your Astrill Username

2. Your Astrill Password

3. Click Connect

After clicking connect, depending on the VPN provider this will likely fail so we want to change some advanced settings of the VPN connection.

1. Go back to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center and click change adaptor settings on the left.

Right click on the VPN connection and select properties File:9x.jpg

Press OK File:10x.jpg

Now we need to share the VPN connection to the Xbox, so in the sharing tab select “Allow other network users to connect through this computers internet connection” and below select the connection that connects the Xbox to the computer. File:11x.jpg

In the example below anything connected to “Local Area Connection” will connect to the internet through the VPN once it is connected. File:12x.jpg

1. Click Local Area Connection

2. Press OK

Now we need to connect to the VPN, back in Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections double click on the VPN connection. File:13x.jpg

You should be presented with a box that has your username / password File:14x.jpg 1. Your Astrill Username 2. Your Astrill Password 3. Press Connect

All been well the VPN should connect

Here the VPN is connected and should also be shared to the connection the Xbox will be connected to. File:16x.jpg
